Join us ONLINE for the 2020 VIRTUAL MS Science Fest
The 5th Annual Mississippi Science Fest (MSF), presented by C Spire, is a fun, online event hosted by the four museums of Jackson, Mississippi's LeFleur Museum District (LMD) on the LMD's Facebook page on September 18-19, 2020.
The MSF was originally organized by leaders from all four museums of the LMD to showcase the Magnolia State's innovative science, technology, engineering, and mathematic (STEM) industries and organizations. Due to COVID-19, this year's MSF will be conducted online and a supplemental activity kit will be available to purchase online for $15.
Demonstrations will be taking place at the Ag Museum on both days of the event. We will also have live mule demonstrations on the 19th at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30. Concessions will be available on Saturday as well.
Please check back on this page for further updates including the topics to be covered in the fun, educational videos that will be posted on our LMD Facebook page by our museums and partners. Click here to purchase a MS Science Fest Virutal Kit to supplement the videos and online learning / fun.
